In terms of the composition of our teams, all of our players perform at a professional level and are hand selected, either via tryouts or individually by one of our coaches. Importantly, we tailor our rosters to be competitive against whichever team we will be facing. We also recognize the possibility that one of our players may be offered a contract after our showcase event. As a result, we customize our rosters to highlight players that will fit within our opponent’s market. Fielding a high caliber, competitive team that can come together at a moment’s notice requires access to players with the right attitude/pedigree, as well as a dedicated coaching staff. Each personnel decision requires a ton of time and the right connections, as not every player’s skillset is a fit within every market.
